About

I’m a Systems Engineer at TeamLogic IT, an MSP in Austin supporting more than 70 client accounts. When clients started asking about AI, I saw a gap on our team, so I taught myself and quickly got hooked. Today, as an AI Enablement Specialist, I train teammates and clients to use AI safely, help them build prompts, skills, and agents, and set up secure environments that keep their data protected.
